Gaozi established anResearch and Development (R&D) center in Guangzhou, making significant investments in Cutting-edge equipments and highly skilled professionals specialized in the research and development of hairdressing, hair care, and skin care products. We possess three granted national invention patents, over 20 design and utility model patents, and several invention patents currently in the application process. We have been recognized as a national high-tech enterprise for nine consecutive years, and our corporate research and development institution has been accredited as a municipal-level research and development organization by the city of Guangzhou.

The R&D center has incorporated advanced equipment such as atomic absorption spectrometers, gas chromatographs, liquid chromatographs, and infrared spectrometers. These instruments are capable of efficiently detecting hazardous and prohibited substances in raw materials, ensuring that our products are characterized by enhanced safety, stability, and broader applicability.

In addition to its extensive team of experienced R&D professionals, Gaozi has also enlisted the expertise of various experts and professors as technical advisors, hailing from countries such as Japan and South Korea, as well as from the South China University of Technology. Concurrently, Gaozi has forged enduring strategic partnerships with internationally renowned daily chemicals research institutes like International Flavors & Fragrances (GIVAUDAN), Dow Corning, Croda, BASF,Kao,and Schuelke & Mayr. This cross-border collaboration of skilled R&D personnel and global partnerships serves as a robust foundation for Gaozi's scientific research endeavors.

Production Capability

Gaozi leads the industry in cutting-edge equipment and high productivity. We have designed and built production workshops in full accordance with international Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards and introduced advanced RO pure water system, automatic vacuum emulsifying equipment, UV & ozone packaging disinfection room andwaste water treatment system. We possess the automatic ink-jet printer and automatic film laminating machine, which provide solid and reliable support for our stable product quality.

Strict Quality Control

Gaozi implements a rigorous Quality Control (QC) system and comprehensive management approach throughout the entire production process, ensuring a consistent level of product quality.

All procured raw materials undergo thorough testing using chromatographs, sensory evaluation, and relevant equipment to assess microbiological indicators, pH values, refractive indices, and active components.

Furthermore, the appearance, compatibility, and encapsulation of packaging materials are subjected to testing to ensure full compliance.

Once the cosmetics are manufactured, they undergo stringent examination using chromatographs, sensory evaluation, and relevant equipment to evaluate both microbiological and physicochemical parameters before being dispatched.

Logistics and Transportation

We are dedicated to ensuring the prompt delivery of products to our customers. Presently, we have set up an integrated logistics system by developing our own vehicle fleet and collaborating with various logistics companies for air, sea, and land transportation. This enables us to efficiently deliver our products to customers in a secure and expeditious manner.

Professional After-Sales Service

Gaozi has set up a customer service department in Guangzhou to serve customers around the world.

To better serve customers, Gaozi has set up technical training department and customer service department. The training department is dedicated to bringing customers professional product presentation and advanced hairdressing technology while customer service team is responsible for order tracking and after-sales follow-up.
